 Sessions

Each session is a journey of body movement, story telling, games, breathing techniques, and mindfulness

 

Children learn strategies and techniques to be able to self-regulate, build resilience, and learn coping skills.

Improving their wellbeing, body, mind, and soul.

 

The sessions help foster the ability to recognise and process their

emotions in a positive way.

 

Kids yoga can also increase children’s learning and attention capabilities as well as positive social behaviours.
