About
My name is Ruth Tahere
Mum, wife, project manager, and well-being coordinator.
My life has been shaped by love, resilience, and a deep desire to help others find balance amidst the chaos. I’m a proud mum to three beautiful children including a child with additional needs, and our journey has taken me through the ups and downs of navigating the foster care system, times of solo parenting, and the all-too-familiar experience of burning out while trying to do it all.
Through those challenges, I’ve learned - sometimes the hard way - the importance of slowing down, tuning in, and making space for self-care. I know what it’s like to lose yourself in the roles you play and responsibilities you carry. Now, I’m passionate about supporting others to reconnect with themselves, to build sustainable self-care rhythms, and to find balance before burnout hits.
These days, I cherish the simple joys that keep me grounded: being near water, walks, laughter with friends, dinner parties, yoga, and quiet moments in the sauna. Life is still busy, but I’m learning to meet it with more grace and presence.
If you’re on a journey to find balance in your life. I'd be honoured to support you along the way.
